Home

Contact

Services

5. Payments & Earnings
For Freelancers:
- Payments are held in escrow until order completion.
- Funds become available after a clearance period (if enabled).
- Withdraw earnings via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or UPI (as configured in settings).
For Employers:
- Payments are securely handled at the time of order or project agreement.
- Money is released only after satisfactory delivery.
- Refunds or cancellations are managed according to platform policy.
6. Reviews and Ratings
- After every order or project, both freelancers and employers can leave ratings and reviews.
- Ratings include Communication, Quality of Work, and Delivery Time.
- Reviews build credibility and influence future hiring decisions.
7. Messaging and Communication
